Terms of Service

The service

Agency Autopilot, operated by Jiyu Marketing LLC, connects the marketing accounts you authorise to an AI assistant of your choosing, and can produce client-facing reports and dashboards from them. In Google Analytics and Search Console the service only adds — a new property, key event, Ads link, site or sitemap — and never edits or deletes what exists. On other platforms you connect, the service can make changes you ask for. Every change is previewed and applied only on your confirmation.

Your responsibilities

• You may connect only accounts you are authorised to use, and access only client data you are permitted to access under your own agreements with those clients.
• If you send a client an access link, you are responsible for sending it only to that client, for telling them what you will use the access for, and for removing their login when your work for them ends or when they ask.
• You are responsible for linking each account to the right client. Agency Autopilot flags an account whose name does not look like the client it is linked to, but the check is a warning, not a guarantee.
• If you use the service to send email or text messages to a client's contacts, you are responsible for having the consent the law requires for each message, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM in the United States and the equivalent rules elsewhere, and for honouring opt-outs. Agency Autopilot sends only the individual messages you confirm; it does not check consent.
• You are responsible for what you do with the information the service returns, and for keeping your own AI assistant account secure.
• You may not use the service to breach Google's terms, to scrape or resell data, or to access accounts you do not manage.

If you are a client connecting your own accounts

If an agency sent you an access link and you connect an account through it, you authorise that agency to read and, where the connection allows it, change that account through Agency Autopilot, as described on the page where you connected. You confirm that you have the authority to grant that access. Your relationship with the agency, including what they may do with your accounts, is governed by your own agreement with them; we are not a party to it. You can withdraw access at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. It depends on Google's APIs and on your continued authorisation; either may change or become unavailable. We may modify or discontinue the service, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time, which immediately revokes our access.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiyu Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and Jiyu Marketing LLC consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection the law of the place where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
